Gina has over 25 years of health care management experience in both the publicly-funded system and private sector, leading large-scale operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in managing transformational initiatives in the health system both at the regional and provincial levels in Manitoba.
A Registered Nurse by profession, Gina is a firm believer in lifelong learning and has achieved certification in lean management and coaching for improvement. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Health Systems Leadership from the Royal Roads University and recently added certification as an Executor Advisor and Legal Nurse Consultant to her unique training toolbox.
