The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the MD Practice Solutions’ financial operations, including accounting, analytics, reporting, and support the organization and its clients in accounting processes.
Duties and responsibilities outlined below but not limited to:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Invoicing & Revenue Management
Team Leadership & Training
Compliance & Auditing
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
System & Process Improvements
Communication & Reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on medical billing or healthcare finance
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, insurance reimbursements, and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
