Michelle is a graduate of Human Resource Management from the University of Winnipeg, with a diverse global background in learning and development, training, customer service, and customer experience.

As a CPHR member, Michelle’s international experience equips her to contribute to the organization’s long-term growth, ensuring that services are delivered with integrity, accountability and compassion. She works to create an environment where both clients and staff are treated with respect and understanding, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Michelle’s experience and expertise is aligned to MDPS’ strategy to become a one-stop-shop for medical clinic/ physician administrative support services, particularly in the areas of human resources, payroll, benefits, and employee wellness.
